Once your bar is built and we're ready to schedule delivery, we'll send you a text. Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks. During busy seasons it may be longer, so we recommend ordering early.
Our crew will assemble everything in about 90 minutes. The entrance can be on either side, just let our crew know your preference.
If you purchase our Painting Package, our painting crew will reach out to you to schedule painting. We recommend you wait at least 2 weeks, the wood needs time to dry.
If you prefer to paint yourself, make sure to read our tips here.
Sit back and enjoy!
What You’ll Need
A relatively flat surface such as a patio, deck, concrete, or gravel area is recommended for installation. Product dimensions are listed on each Tavern page so you can confirm the right fit for your space.
- If surface area is not completely level, we can make minor adjustments during assembly.
- Backyard access - we hand carry all the pieces in so we only require a 30" wide clearance at yard entrance.
FAQs
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
The entry can be on either side - just tell us your preference on the day of delivery/assembly.
The bar can be built on any level stable surface. Concrete, gravel, pavers or decking all work fine.
There is no floor in the bar. The four walls of the structure sit on whatever surface you provide.
We recommend up to a 50" TV for the Castlebar (M), Dunbar (L) and 7-Up (XL) models.
There is less space available in the Temple Bar (S). We recommend a 24" TV. Alternatively, we can rework the back wall shelves so you can fit a larger TV. Simply ask us on the day of assembly.
30" tall bar stools work best. The main countertop height is approximately 42".
No problem! We can adjust the height or even leave out the roof. See examples of how we have done this before here.
Our bars are extremely solid and heavy. The structure sits on whatever level surface you have - we do not bolt or tie the structure down. If you are concerned about wind damage, especially if the bar is being placed in an exposed area, we highly recommend that you make provisions to secure the structure in place. This can be easily done using expansion bolts drilled through the framing of the walls down into the ground.
