At Taverns-To-Go, we are here to answer all of your questions about our products.  Our goal is to make the selection and purchasing process as easy and stress-free as possible for you.  View our answers to some of the most frequently asked questions below:�� 

 

Q: Where will you deliver your products?   

A: We provide nationwide delivery in the US. 

 

Q: Do we paint or stain?

A: Yes, in some areas we offer painting packages. Check here for more details. For areas where we don't currently offer painting, customers arrange that themselves after assembly on site is completed by our team. Check our maintenance section.  

 

Q: What's the lead time?

A: Our lead times vary depending on your location and time of year. Typical lead times are 2 to 4 weeks.

 

Q: How much is the delivery charge?   

A: The delivery charge will vary per state.  Check our map to view the price for your state.   

 

Q: Entry on the left or right side?

A: The entry can be on either side - just tell us your preference on the day of delivery/assembly.

 

Q: Surface area preparations? 

A: The bar can be built on any level stable surface. Concrete, gravel, pavers or decking all work fine.

There is no floor in the bar. The four walls of the structure sit on whatever surface you provide.

 

Q: What size TV fits?

A: We recommend up to a 50" TV for the Castlebar (M), Dunbar (L) and 7-Up (XL) models.

There is less space available in the Temple Bar (S). We recommend a 24" TV. Alternatively, we can rework the back wall shelves so you can fit a larger TV. Simply ask us on the day of assembly.

 

Q: Do you provide financing options?   

A: Yes, we provide financing through Shop Pay where you could set up payment plans.  Visit our Financing page for more details.    

 

Q: Should I perform maintenance on my Tavern-To-Go?   

A: We recommend maintenance for long-term durability and sustainability, specifically, sealing and staining.  Check our Maintenance page to learn more about our maintenance suggestions.   

 

Q: Do the products come fully assembled?   

A: No, but we provide free assembly in less than 90 minutes when we deliver your product.   

 

Q: What height bar stools should I order?

A: 30" tall bar stools work best. The main countertop height is approximately 42".
